Our Goal
MyAtlasU seeks to provide college students with an accessible, engaging way to learn and practice evidence-based coping skills and guide them on a personalized journey toward better mental wellness.
Resources
Our Plan
We aren't like other mental wellness apps. Our plan is to integrate academics with wellness for students with our 3 main resources: our Virtual Coach, our Journey Map, and our Resource Navigation. While other apps have some of these features, none so far have been able to integrate them all together until now.
